THURSDAY: QUICK WORKOUT: Zuzana Full body w/o+ 10-12 minutes JM Banish Fat Boost
Metabolisme.....
FRIDAY:1 circuit of Jillian Michaels Banish Fat Boost Metabolisme + 3 circuits from JM No More Trouble Zone.
I really have to increase my workout duration and frequency coz
I REALLY HAVE TO ADMIT THAT
WORKOUT is the BEST STRESS TREATMENT for ME!!!!
