CEKODOK oo CEKODOK

heheheh..semalam kantoi makan cekodok@cucur lemak manis..nikmat rasa
mula2 dah cantik my food intake
just update my routine semalam
bfast= half capati, nescafe tarik
lunch= nasi sesenduk+ikan kmbung berlado, 2 pices big lala, siew pak choy, air suam
snack ptg= air kosong 2 mug, i piece oat n krunch,
post workout=1 white bread with chili tuna + half mug HL low fatmilk choc
WORKOUT at 530 pm= JM2 with 4 lb dumbell(terubat kerinduan nak ber JM 30 days)
dinner before 730pm= 1 setengah senduk brown rice, sup ayam, sayur campur, tlr dadar ckit




malam tue around 9 pm perut lapar
i nie kalau dh lapar mulalah nak crave benda manis n bukan2
so nak halang benda2 tuh terus bancuh cucur lemak manis
pekena 5 ketul..dh kyg..huhuhuh
so bangun pagi nie ala2 insap
terus masuk gym n RPM class for 50 minutes (mmg harusla kan)
