back to workout

asyik cuti= asyik makan
asyik tak sihat= malas workout
so 2-3 hari nie aku dh kembali ke pangkal jalan
just grab new dvd workout
i plan to have kathy smith build muscle shrink fat
hrtue ader kat midvalley tapi tak grab
semalam pergi bangsar village jerk
so just dapat super slimdown by kathy smith
quite impressive gak the workout by i love JILLIAN MICHAELS workout more..hehe

so update ckit my workout and diet routine
semalam
bfast= tuna sandwich and half gelas teh tarik
lunch= nasi ayam hainan pantai dalam
snack= 2 pieces bread cicah kari ikan
diet agak tak clean because of period
cadburry bournville (3/4..wah banyaknyer)
workout petang= 40 minutes fat burning kathy smith
dinner lewat= nasi+ asam pedas+ cendawan

for today= baru w/o pagi not breakfast yet= lower body workout by kathy smith

FRIENDS WEDDING

disember nie asyik attend friends wedding jerk
almost every week ader jer my friend nak married..hahaha
memang skang pun time elok kahwen nie(GAgAGAGA..ko tu biler??oppss...)
jangan ditanyer tentangku..banyak lagik benda tak diachieve..gagaga
so ader something happened in one of the wedding
terserempak dgn my first luv yang dh almost 5 years tak jumpa..hihi
tak sgka bapaknyer masih melayanku dgn baik seperti dahulu (tahnks uncle)
tapi dia dh berpunya dah,,hakhak,,nasib aku dh takder feeling kat dia
so takler sedih meroyan
tapi sonok sebab masa dia jumper i totally dah changed
he did not recognised me at all siap ckp lainnyer
sajer nak put picture aper i pakai on that day

perasan cantik ler tuh..kalau aku selekeh mesti malu nak jumpa first love..gagagaga

DEMAM

hrnie dah tamat mc
2 hari terpaksa berehat
yang kelakar tue bleh plak masa nurse check before go to doktor
mati2 aku ckp' saya tak demam nurse, pagi tadik sihat..tetiba jer ketar2'
then nurse cek suhu dia cakap "awak demamlah dik , tinggi suhu 39.4 drjah celcius"
yerlah pagi tue aku drive elok jer
then nak sampai opis baru ketar2..terus pucat lesi
so got mc 2 days
DR kata kalau naik bintik2 merah kene gi klinik
so i pulun all the medicine , 100 plus and air bebanyak..alhamdulillah sihat dah harini
tapi semalam pagi dh kebah tue
terus ikut makcik kuar
aku kan spesies takleh duk diam
mementang hr 1st demam x selera makan
semalam terus membelasah tak hingat
pergi c4 wangsa maju for lunch...teringin nak pekena 3 layer tea

FAMILY EVENT

biasalah hujung tahun, cuti sekolah mesti banyak aktiviti family
lepas jerk balik dr bangkok
my big family (campur semua my family and aunty uncle family)ajak pergi jalan2 dgn dieorg pulak
balik jer dr bangkok memula sesi karoke beramai2
ini di kalangan sepupu sahaja yerk
mak2 and ayah2 tak masuk...gagagagaga jahatnyer aku



sesi karaoke: dari kiri: my maid, my cousin (che li + nana) me and my sis(dekde)

then ahad lepas plak pergi ke GAMBANG WATER PARK
ala2 SUNWAY LAGOON lah tapi kat KUANTAN PAHANG
mak aii ramai giler org
maklumlah tgh promotion, parking pun free
nasib sampai awal around 10 am..duk line up lagik
dahler park nie no cash
semua kene topup
huhu..nasib sempat bersuka ria 2 jam
pastue hujan turun dengan lebantnyer
nasib dh siap mandi manda n main
kalau tak..kesejukanler jawabnyer

BANGKOK TOUR

salam semua pembaca blogku..sorry lama sangat tak update
balik dr bgkok banyak keje yang perlu diselesaikan
so i will upload picca n citer ckit my 4 days 3 nights di bangkok
9hb disember
bertolak dr LCCT dgn flight air asia jam 1.50pm
so perjalanan makan masa 2 jam
sampai bangkok sepatutnye kul 3.50pm jam malaysia
tapi waktu bangkok lambat sejam , so arrived there around 2.50pm
terus dibawa ke hotel iaitu Bangkok Centre Hotel
pastue sampai sana dah malam, sebab jauh sngat airport survanabumi
(around 45 minit ke sejam)
tapi bangkok sgt JEM HOKAYY..kalah KL
pastue saya ngn cik intan (my friend)
merayau dgn selamba tgh malam nak carik makanan
unfortunately mmg takder gerai yg HALAL around our hotel pity us
so balik htel nasib dh bawak bekal
just makan wholemeal with serunding and some choc..tidur dlm kelaparan..ggagagaga
10 hb disember 2009
pagi2 dah trun bfast kat hotel..yelah malam tadik tak makan
amik nasi grg sebab takder daging
sausage semua tak berani amik
amik telur n pancakes
terus beramai2 naik MRT (transit bawah tanah ) ke stesyen sam yan
bergerak ke CHULALONGKORN UNIVERSITY(CU)
my poster presentation haritue, everything goes well
ader student dr thai dan NUS singapore yang buat about research yang sama dtg tgk poster
so i got to explain what i've done to them sengan semangatnyer..(poyo!!)

tapi i skip session petang sebab dh meroyan nak jalan (hampeh punyer student)
lepas lunch terus larik balik hotel
tidur sejam then bergerak at 5pm ker MRT stesyen Lumphini
so dpt pergi night market

dha jalan2 sampai tak hengat baru sedar perut lapor
pusing2 punyer pusing langsung tak jumpa restoran halal
aku dna intan dh tarik muka masam 14
last choice we go to indian restaurant
nasib baik halal..
kalau ikut cara decoration and serving macam ala2 madam kwns or kelantan delights
nasib baik kami makan berlima sama dengan 2018 bath= rm 200++ ringgit malaysia
so bahagi 5 lbh kurang rm 40 jerk sorang
kalau kat Kl mahu dekat 100
kira oklah tue..masakan pun not bad
balik terus tidur..kepenatan..hehe
3rd day (11 disember 2009)
hrnie my fren intan lak present
so pagi2 pas bfast kitaorg dh tercegat kat CU
org lain tak smpai lagik(bebetul punctual)
aper yang lawak kat thai..masa jer sejam lambat dr malaysia
tapi dieorg cerah cepat macam sabah
subuh 630 dh habis
pukul 6 dh macam kul 7
magrib pun masuk 5.51 pm..hehe
tapi sonok sebab pas lunch dh habis poster session
kitaorg pun bergerak jalan kaki dr CU pergi MBK (one of the famous mall in bangkok)
mak aii giler sekejap
rege barang murah2
kitaorg jalan sampai tingkat 6
pastue penat nasib baik jumpa makanan halal
so pekena jus buah + chicken tikka (just like tandoori but the texture of the chicken lagik lembut)
habis pusing 6 tgkat jalan balik ker CU
i langsing tak w/o sebab banyak gile jalan kat thai nie
patut rakyat dieorg slim melim
jarang sgt jumpa yang gemuk
banyak jalan n brisk walk..gagagagaa
so gi Cu amik poster intan then balik hotel naik tuk-tuk
rugi arr if pergi thai tak merasa naik tuk2
kita kan takder..hehe




balik tue gambor sepuas hati kat CU..hehe
maklumlah esoknyer will be our last day

KENDURI n 2xWORKOUT

semalam attend dua kenduri
ramainyer sahabat2ku yang dah kawen..yang beranak pun dh ramai (ko bila lagik)
tapi yg pasti anak2 dieorg panggil aku kakak? wakakakaaka,tak sedar diri gue ni
1st kenduri dekat umah jerk pergi sekjap seba hujan
pastue duka angkut sepupuku dua org tuh
layan dak kecik.. sah2 nak makan pun tak senang
nak suap die lagik, nak masuk mulut kita gaks
kenduri 1st nie pergi ngn one of my friend (dia tgh preggy)
dia ckp mesti org pelik tgk ko "slim tapi bawak anak 2" (padahal sah2 tue sepupu aku)
hahahahahaa
gambor pun tak snap..maybe mintak ngn kawan2 pas nie
dlm 130 rush to TEMERLOH
kawan sek menengah plak
sonok sgt sebab dpt jumpa kengkawan lain(kira mini gath gakler)
lama kat sana duk sembang sampai dekat kul 3
diet still terkawal...hehe
tapi balik baru rasa lapor sebab tadik duk sembang tak hingat ..kekekeke
jajan2 ler sikit
ok update my routine semalam:
w/o mrning= JM NMTZ
breakie= kueh teow sesenduk+ timun +begedil 9amik half), nescafe
lunch attend 2 kendurik=1st kdri= nasi sesenduk+ ayam rempah+ sayur umbut(share ngn sepupu)
2nd kenduri=nasi sesenduk, rendang dging seketul, sayur umbut gaks, kari dging ckit
sebab penat berborak n drive, balik jajan ntah paper, kepek bwgler, biskut tambunler, roti
w/o petang= zumba 2 set, lunges with hammer curl 50x, strength training for arm
dinner malam= sup sayur bersuhun+ ayam+ ktang
pastue supper bancuhkan cekodok utk adik, wa telan 1 stengan kodok tue..kantoi

update my routine semalam
not so clean tapi rasanyer padanlah dgn aper yang ku BURN kan...ahaks
workout= JM 1 with 4 lb dumbell
bfast= sesenduk megi goreng+ tofu jepun, 1/4 gelas teh tarik
lunch at MIDVALEY= dried pan mee(gambor sila rujuk entry semalam..hehe)
pastue jalan2 about 2 hours and half kat Midvalley
tukar wit into bath n dollars at MV
then grab 30 days jm for one of the silent reader kat thread langsing cari
hrnie maybe dia dtg uni to take it from me
sonok gak dpt tlg org nak kurus nie..hehe
snack petang balik MV- 1 coco pie
pastue badan letih semacam
sebab duk kehulu kehilir kan..naik turun tangga(malas tggu lif kekdahnyer)
adelah 10 kali lebih kot turun naik tangga semalam
dinner at 745= nasi grg dging merah..very choy..tapi telan jerk arr
pastue kantoi supper...1 more choco pie..hikhik

nielah rupa choco pie with marshmallow..yang mila jadik model tuh(tapi wa tak minat mila)...sedap

TIRED DAY

erm memang letih 2 harini
ader jerk masalah yang tak settle
semalam letih sebab teman kawan..tapi tak kisah arr sebab letih sonok..hehe
hrnie ble plak dpt biter tak best
my project grant for master dah nak tamat but ader 1K lebih
so i dah lanjutkan that grant
bleh plak brg perlanjutan n progress report project tue hilang..
sabor jerk
tanya kat jbtan taktau, tanyer kat fakulti pun taktau
tunggang terbalik jap tadik duk isi semula borang2
esok nak submit..pasnie nak fotostat siap2 and mau hantar by hand
mmg sabar jerklah..sedih sgt

ok back to my life..citer spoiled dh habis
tadik pergi MIDVALLEY mau tukar US and baht
persediaan ke BANGKOK
pokai jap bler dh tukar duit..hope cukup arr that amount
pastue nlunch makan dried pan mee kat OASIS FOOD COURT
suka mee nie..delicious for me..hehe

pan mee yang plain ( x goreng)
campur kicap n sos, sayur cekur, daging, ikan bilis seaweed..yummy

CEKODOK oo CEKODOK

heheheh..semalam kantoi makan cekodok@cucur lemak manis..nikmat rasa
mula2 dah cantik my food intake
just update my routine semalam
bfast= half capati, nescafe tarik
lunch= nasi sesenduk+ikan kmbung berlado, 2 pices big lala, siew pak choy, air suam
snack ptg= air kosong 2 mug, i piece oat n krunch,
post workout=1 white bread with chili tuna + half mug HL low fatmilk choc
WORKOUT at 530 pm= JM2 with 4 lb dumbell(terubat kerinduan nak ber JM 30 days)
dinner before 730pm= 1 setengah senduk brown rice, sup ayam, sayur campur, tlr dadar ckit




malam tue around 9 pm perut lapar
i nie kalau dh lapar mulalah nak crave benda manis n bukan2
so nak halang benda2 tuh terus bancuh cucur lemak manis
pekena 5 ketul..dh kyg..huhuhuh
so bangun pagi nie ala2 insap
terus masuk gym n RPM class for 50 minutes (mmg harusla kan)

feel release today sebab my poster dh approved
so just need to print out for the conference
but deep inside rasa very bored
al my friend still busy with their own work
nak ajak berpoya-poya pun susah
forum plak bosan..mana pergi semua org
