Workout, Meal and Recipies





Ermm..first i wanna jot down my meal intake yesterday
Luckily managed to do my morning workout session
so this is the update for yesterday
morning workout: Jillian Michaels Level 2 with 4lb dumbell..seriously rasa hazabedah sgt cos dah lama okeh tinggal..dan2 nak guna terus my 4lb dumbell, kalau 2 lb okeh lagik..tulah saper suh lama off ngn ahkak JILL..ko raserlah MARIA...hehe
so my food intake, agak terjaga sebab kekdahnyer tinggal sorg semalam..so masak sendiri khen
haruslah yang simple + healthy jahs
bfast= 1 mug CCPP (cocoa collagen power plus)
then workout+ wat keje2 umah ckit
post -workout= low fat milk
lunch= noodle(amik maggie instant noodle) then wat sup sayur+ telur...so campak that noodle jadiklah NOODLE SOUP...yummy..because i mmg tak suker perisa KARI yang mengandungi MSG ituh...sekali sekala takper
then evening snack= 2 wholemeal toast(1 spread with choc spread, 1 spread with tuna chilli)
early dinner about 6pm= i buat popiah tuna..about 2 and half pieces gak ku telan, semangkuk sup sayur lebihan my lunch tadik
then supper(early kots bout 8pm)= 1 wholemeal dgn peanut butter
before titun= 1 mug CCPP lagik n lots of plain water
i hope that was clean except for the popiah..a little bit oily..huhu..tapi i minum 2 MUG BESAR OSK green tea..hehe
oh ye..luper lak nak cerita
now i dh start taking the supplement
kewajipan haruslah vit C, sebab asyik kene selsema (kan skang cuaca jap hujan, jap panas)
so here the piccas

amik gak kalsium sebab kdg2 terlepas minum susu
maklumlah iols nie memilih..mau fresh milk iaitu=susu segar TERBAIK DARI LADANG Jahs
so biler tak sempat nak grab...i rasa prefer telan supplemnet jerk
my choosen brand is AMWAY(itupun kgkadang lufer nak makan okeh :P)




so hrnie my workout pergi ke tasik TITIWANGSA..aper lagik jogginglah kan
pas,jogging, main2 machine senaman ngn buat refleksologi.....balik tue singgah bfast..ehem craving for nasi lemak kerang..tapi nasik half portion jerk

sila layan gambar trek reflesologi jahs...gambarr iols NAN HADOsebab iols tak slim persis jessica beil lagik takder mood nak bergambar hrnie
sampai umah online tak hengatlah...sedar2 dh tghari.....takut perut keroncong
timbul idea nak buat WHOLEMEAL FRITTERS (wow...ckp omputih gituh...kalau translate namanyer cekodok gandum penuh,..korang mampoo??)
aku panggil cekodok wholemeal jerk....
mulerlah aku rasa nak feeling ala2 chef dekat chanel AFC plak nie
takleh blah...hehe
bahan-bahannyer puan2
roti wholemeal yang dicelup ngn air(koyak2 smpai hancur or blender jerk)
campur tepung
air suam utk membancuh
garam, ikan bilis,
iols tambahkan mix vegies untuk warna ala-ala pelangi yang lebih menarik

ini plak lepas digoreng, gambar sgt fail okeh...maaf iols takdop DSLR
tapi khen sebenarnyer lembik ckit kali nie..terlebih roti gituh
takperlah tarik balik gelaran chef tadi



tapi sgt kenyang okeh...dptlah guna wholemeal yang dah nak expired..x perlu dibuang gituh
motifnyer sebab nak habiskanlah
tak baik membazir bak kata setajah bayah
