sedar2 dh 4 hari aku tak workout
bukan sengaja (cewah alsan takleh terima lgsung)
sebab my period kali nie membutakan aku letih semcam..uhuks
plus asyik2 banyak aktiviti jer (jalan2 n shopping)
balik kaki dh letih n nampak bantal jerk...gagagaga
hrnie ala2 insaf dan kembali ke pangkal jalan
tapi menu tetap meriah maklumlah cik P datang
nasiblah dia tak meroyan nak makan cake ker choc ker (all those sinfull food)
ok update for today
bfast= sesenduk kueh teow+ telur mata , air suam
lunch= nasi ayam hainan pok ya (my favourite as usual)
snack ptg= 4 keping pisang grg halus..sebab hmate beli
WORKOUT: ZUMBA 3 set for Cardio followed by JM No more trouble zone 2 circuit for toning arm n legs(about 45 minutes)
sebenarnyer plan asal nak pilates..tapi aku rindukan jm workout
gigil lengan sebab lama tak guna dumbel bertaku yang 4 lb tuh..haha
