KEMBALI

kembali memblogkan diri
hrtue banyak sgt benda jadik
so nak jenguk blog pun tak lalu...
erm nak citer per eks
cuma nak bgtau
weekend hrtue memnuhkan diri dgn workout
sabtu= jog di taman
ahad= double w/o, pagi JM NMTZ, petang : pump it up
so update for today
bfast= sandwich tuna, air suam
lunch= nasi putih half+ paprik ayam
snack ptg= kopok ikan 3 keping, air suam
workout= JM SHAPE UP with 4lb DUMBELL
lunch before 730= brown rice+ sayur+ telur dadar+ tempe grg ngn kentang
malam lapor= telan cashew nut ckit n serunding
minum CCPP
tadik sebenarnyer nak pi gym
tapi takder mood sebab ader hamba allah spoil kan my mood...huaaa
