just update my routine today
700 am= bfast at my hometown, half senduk nasi lemak+ half mee, lots of timun, half white egg
nescafe
driving back to kl
1100 snacking= i piece oat n krunch hazelnut, air kosong 2 mug
1215= lunch, nasi pth sesenduk, 2 pices terung berlado, ulam-ulaman, ikan pari cicah sambal kicap
pastue kawan bagik aym paprik seketul tecit
air suam
kemas umah sampai berpeluh2..ahaks...menyapu n etc
snack= choc cadbury almond, 4 kotak kecik tue dr satu bar
dinner at 630= my fav thosei mahbub, barli suam
sambil bermesyuarat tgkap..hakhak amik half teh tarik
lots of air suam
