my mood jadik swing jerk and malas update
last workout on tuesday itupun i just did 20 minutes pilates
ao minutes bonnies total body
10 minutes bonnies thights
ptg nie plak ader janji ngn PT kat gym since dah tangguh apooinment 2x sebab tak sihat
my right leg pun cam lenguh2 + sakit
i guess sebab tak workout kot
kalau workout elok jer plak kaki nie
tapi perut sampai hrnie still rasa macam tak sedap...erm maybe kesan CB haritu
keje plan banyak tapi diri sendirik cam takder mood nak wat
YA ALLAH berilah petunjuk dan hidayahmu supaya hambamu ini rjn n bersemangat ckit..amin
