erm sepanjang 3 hari nie puasa hati gakler dgn jadual workout
pagi nie ingat mau pergi gym at 7am
tapi kaki sakit lak+ ader kelas pukul 10 am
so rasanyer hrnie my body need to rest from workout...
petang w/o drive jerk arr lik kg kowts
so update ckit menu n aktitiviti semalam
bfast= dh tampal kat blog nie
lunch= nasi ayam hainan pantai dlm (lupa nak snap ..sdap sgt..haha)
tapi tak best pun
teatime petang= 1 piece wholemeal cicah ngn neslo
dinner= 1 1/2 wholemeal+ telur mata sambal+ sayur+ papadom
malam supper kantoi= minum neslo ais ckit lagik + papadom
nasib ader w/o siang
nie nak paste gambor bfast tadik
hajat nak makan berat
tetiba teramik sandwich tuna
teh tarik half gelas jerk
tghari nie mau pulun nasik berlauk..GOTCHA!!
