asyik tak sihat= malas workout
so 2-3 hari nie aku dh kembali ke pangkal jalan
just grab new dvd workout
i plan to have kathy smith build muscle shrink fat
hrtue ader kat midvalley tapi tak grab
semalam pergi bangsar village jerk
so just dapat super slimdown by kathy smith
quite impressive gak the workout by i love JILLIAN MICHAELS workout more..hehe

bfast= tuna sandwich and half gelas teh tarik
lunch= nasi ayam hainan pantai dalam
snack= 2 pieces bread cicah kari ikan
diet agak tak clean because of period
cadburry bournville (3/4..wah banyaknyer)
workout petang= 40 minutes fat burning kathy smith
dinner lewat= nasi+ asam pedas+ cendawan
for today= baru w/o pagi not breakfast yet= lower body workout by kathy smith
FRIENDS WEDDING
almost every week ader jer my friend nak married..hahaha
memang skang pun time elok kahwen nie(GAgAGAGA..ko tu biler??oppss...)
jangan ditanyer tentangku..banyak lagik benda tak diachieve..gagaga
so ader something happened in one of the wedding
terserempak dgn my first luv yang dh almost 5 years tak jumpa..hihi
tak sgka bapaknyer masih melayanku dgn baik seperti dahulu (tahnks uncle)

DEMAM
2 hari terpaksa berehat
yang kelakar tue bleh plak masa nurse check before go to doktor
mati2 aku ckp' saya tak demam nurse, pagi tadik sihat..tetiba jer ketar2'
then nurse cek suhu dia cakap "awak demamlah dik , tinggi suhu 39.4 drjah celcius"
yerlah pagi tue aku drive elok jer
then nak sampai opis baru ketar2..terus pucat lesi
so got mc 2 days
DR kata kalau naik bintik2 merah kene gi klinik
so i pulun all the medicine , 100 plus and air bebanyak..alhamdulillah sihat dah harini
tapi semalam pagi dh kebah tue
terus ikut makcik kuar
aku kan spesies takleh duk diam
mementang hr 1st demam x selera makan
semalam terus membelasah tak hingat
pergi c4 wangsa maju for lunch...teringin nak pekena 3 layer tea

FAMILY EVENT
lepas jerk balik dr bangkok
my big family (campur semua my family and aunty uncle family)ajak pergi jalan2 dgn dieorg pulak
balik jer dr bangkok memula sesi karoke beramai2
ini di kalangan sepupu sahaja yerk
mak2 and ayah2 tak masuk...gagagagaga jahatnyer aku
sesi karaoke: dari kiri: my maid, my cousin (che li + nana) me and my sis(dekde)
then ahad lepas plak pergi ke GAMBANG WATER PARK
ala2 SUNWAY LAGOON lah tapi kat KUANTAN PAHANG
mak aii ramai giler org
maklumlah tgh promotion, parking pun free
nasib sampai awal around 10 am..duk line up lagik
dahler park nie no cash
semua kene topup
huhu..nasib sempat bersuka ria 2 jam
pastue hujan turun dengan lebantnyer
nasib dh siap mandi manda n main
kalau tak..kesejukanler jawabnyer

BANGKOK TOUR
balik dr bgkok banyak keje yang perlu diselesaikan
so i will upload picca n citer ckit my 4 days 3 nights di bangkok

bertolak dr LCCT dgn flight air asia jam 1.50pm
so perjalanan makan masa 2 jam
sampai bangkok sepatutnye kul 3.50pm jam malaysia
tapi waktu bangkok lambat sejam , so arrived there around 2.50pm
terus dibawa ke hotel iaitu Bangkok Centre Hotel
pastue sampai sana dah malam, sebab jauh sngat airport survanabumi
(around 45 minit ke sejam)
tapi bangkok sgt JEM HOKAYY..kalah KL
pastue saya ngn cik intan (my friend)
merayau dgn selamba tgh malam nak carik makanan
unfortunately mmg takder gerai yg HALAL around our hotel pity us
so balik htel nasib dh bawak bekal
just makan wholemeal with serunding and some choc..tidur dlm kelaparan..ggagagaga

terus beramai2 naik MRT (transit bawah tanah ) ke stesyen sam yan
bergerak ke CHULALONGKORN UNIVERSITY(CU)
my poster presentation haritue, everything goes well
ader student dr thai dan NUS singapore yang buat about research yang sama dtg tgk poster
so i got to explain what i've done to them sengan semangatnyer..(poyo!!)
tapi i skip session petang sebab dh meroyan nak jalan (hampeh punyer student)
lepas lunch terus larik balik hotel
tidur sejam then bergerak at 5pm ker MRT stesyen Lumphini
so dpt pergi night market
dha jalan2 sampai tak hengat baru sedar perut lapor
pusing2 punyer pusing langsung tak jumpa restoran halal
aku dna intan dh tarik muka masam 14
last choice we go to indian restaurant
nasib baik halal..
kalau ikut cara decoration and serving macam ala2 madam kwns or kelantan delights
nasib baik kami makan berlima sama dengan 2018 bath= rm 200++ ringgit malaysia
so bahagi 5 lbh kurang rm 40 jerk sorang
kalau kat Kl mahu dekat 100
kira oklah tue..masakan pun not bad
balik terus tidur..kepenatan..hehe

aper yang lawak kat thai..masa jer sejam lambat dr malaysia
tapi dieorg cerah cepat macam sabah
subuh 630 dh habis
pukul 6 dh macam kul 7
magrib pun masuk 5.51 pm..hehe
tapi sonok sebab pas lunch dh habis poster session
kitaorg pun bergerak jalan kaki dr CU pergi MBK (one of the famous mall in bangkok)
mak aii giler sekejap
rege barang murah2
kitaorg jalan sampai tingkat 6
pastue penat nasib baik jumpa makanan halal
so pekena jus buah + chicken tikka (just like tandoori but the texture of the chicken lagik lembut)
habis pusing 6 tgkat jalan balik ker CU
i langsing tak w/o sebab banyak gile jalan kat thai nie
patut rakyat dieorg slim melim
jarang sgt jumpa yang gemuk
banyak jalan n brisk walk..gagagagaa
so gi Cu amik poster intan then balik hotel naik tuk-tuk
rugi arr if pergi thai tak merasa naik tuk2
kita kan takder..hehe
balik tue gambor sepuas hati kat CU..hehe

KENDURI n 2xWORKOUT
ramainyer sahabat2ku yang dah kawen..yang beranak pun dh ramai (ko bila lagik)
tapi yg pasti anak2 dieorg panggil aku kakak? wakakakaaka,tak sedar diri gue ni
1st kenduri dekat umah jerk pergi sekjap seba hujan
pastue duka angkut sepupuku dua org tuh
layan dak kecik.. sah2 nak makan pun tak senang
nak suap die lagik, nak masuk mulut kita gaks
kenduri 1st nie pergi ngn one of my friend (dia tgh preggy)
dia ckp mesti org pelik tgk ko "slim tapi bawak anak 2" (padahal sah2 tue sepupu aku)
hahahahahaa
gambor pun tak snap..maybe mintak ngn kawan2 pas nie

kawan sek menengah plak

sebab penat berborak n drive, balik jajan ntah paper, kepek bwgler, biskut tambunler, roti
w/o petang= zumba 2 set, lunges with hammer curl 50x, strength training for arm
dinner malam= sup sayur bersuhun+ ayam+ ktang
pastue supper bancuhkan cekodok utk adik, wa telan 1 stengan kodok tue..kantoi

pastue badan letih semacam

bfast= half capati, nescafe tarik
lunch= nasi sesenduk+ikan kmbung berlado, 2 pices big lala, siew pak choy, air suam
snack ptg= air kosong 2 mug, i piece oat n krunch,
post workout=1 white bread with chili tuna + half mug HL low fatmilk choc
WORKOUT at 530 pm= JM2 with 4 lb dumbell(terubat kerinduan nak ber JM 30 days)
dinner before 730pm= 1 setengah senduk brown rice, sup ayam, sayur campur, tlr dadar ckit
malam tue around 9 pm perut lapar
i nie kalau dh lapar mulalah nak crave benda manis n bukan2
so nak halang benda2 tuh terus bancuh cucur lemak manis
pekena 5 ketul..dh kyg..huhuhuh
so bangun pagi nie ala2 insap
terus masuk gym n RPM class for 50 minutes (mmg harusla kan)

kemas umah sampai berpeluh2..ahaks...menyapu n etc
snack= choc cadbury almond, 4 kotak kecik tue dr satu bar

STRESS IS GOOD???
selama nie tak pernah kene present pun about my progress
sekali kene wat power point and present depan my supervisor (DR ROY)
punyerlah rasa cuak wlpun 4 candidates jerk yang kene present semalam
meroyanlah wa siapakan my result dan paper yang patut
stress giler!!!sampai tidur 5 jam jek (at least ko tidur gaks..haha)
tapi dlm stress tue idea dtg mencurah2 sampai sempat siapakan my poster presentation for congress in Bangkok bagus gaks stress nie rupanyer
kalau tak, hari2 biasa kalau tak stress,aku ngadap pc 4 jam, type discussion 2 line jerk..wakakakaka hampeh
oklah semalam masa present
so sekali sekala stress nie bagus gaks untuk jadik BOOSTER for us to move on kan
cumana kalau stress melampau kang gila lah plak..nauzubillah..hehe

Bfast: 1 pice wholemeal + telur itik masak lemak(less gravy, w/o yolk)+ sayur fucuk
Lunch= nasi sesenduk + ulam ulaman(daun sald n ulam raja) + ikan kembung masak lemak less gravy
Dinner = my mum belanja dekat our favourite family restaurant, SELERA TIMUR..(thanks mak)
*Siakap 3 rasa
*Kalian ikan masin
*Daging masak merah
*Sotong celup tepung
I decided not to take nasi for the sake, hahahhaah.so ratah lauk yang bayak tuh n sayur
Erm..kalau lik kg mmg tak dpt nak clean2 sgt..(let’s indulge..ngehngeh)
Back to my life, semalam sepupu2ku yg comel dtg, hehe rindu kat syirah, cousin aku (skang 3 tahun)..dulu pernah stay kejap kat umah masa mkcik ku dlm pantang, dia nie putih melepak n kemerah-merahan. Makcik aku porong rambut dia, skang dh pendek, Nampak cam tomboy laks..haha

WORKOUT WEEK
pehtue if tak pergi memang pulun gak workout kat umah
selasa= w/o pagi, skipping n stregth training rabu= RPM class 50 minutes (really intensive..sweat..sweat..sweat) khamis merangkap today= 1 hour mix dance, cross ramp machine n eliptical
skang kan musim hujan, ckit2 rasa lapor..makan tetap makan but ctrol portion
tapi i 'm not worry to much sebab rasa dah buat sebaik mungkin for my w/o routine
and i have to climb at to 6 floor by stairs sebab lif rosak...sambil bwk laptop 3 kg nie...huhuhuhu
kalau dulu mau menyumpah seranah sambil nangis pas sampai umah
skang relax jerk sebab anggap semua tue senaman..hehe
this is my bfast for today..really oily(dalam gambor pun anmpak keoilyannya)
..no choice arr sebab dah termauk dlm cafe tuh
so amik ckit jerk
kueh teow about satu senduk
sambal telur rebus buang yolk
terung+ kcg berlada (sedap)

lama sgt tak pergi
last 6 month i always went there for my research purposes
so I was tired masuk ke dalam hutan paya bakau sebab dh lama tak pergi sana
padahal sebelum nie relax jerk
pergi sebab nak amik gambar2 vegetation for my BANGKOK CONFENCE this coming December
so sempatlah snap gambar ku yg comot di paya bakau
siap ber boot bagai
tapi mmg penat semalam
me with safety jacket provided by SIME DARBY..huhu (skema)
one more..i take off the jacket..haha
tgklah comotnyer with that dirty boots(dh masuk lumpur)
then update my routine semalam
bfast= roti canai kosong + teh tarik (break the rule after almost 1 year)
nasiblah roti tue tak oily
pastue kul 4pm baru lunch sebab sibuk dlm hutan
nasiblah bfast berat
lunch= nasi grg cina telur mata dgn limau ais, air suam x tinggal
so for dinner at 8pm= semngkuk sup sayur+ 1 wholemeal + tempe grg jerk
supper= neslo semug cicah half wholemeal
kira balance arr kan sebab kalori yg terbakar di field sgtlah byk kot..sebab penat nak mampos..huhu

For your info, kebanyakan puak asli mehmeri tinggal di Pulau Carey, since Pulau Carey di bawah pentadbiran Sime Darby Plantation, most of the workers here are "mahmeri" and also indian.

saturday tue malam i buat egg salad jerk
very simple one
sebab paham2 jerk arr siang tue makan byk sebab kat kg
daun salad dipotong2+ hard boil egg sebiji ku siat2 jerk
of course w/o the yolk arr
pastue my mum suh goreng kopok keping
so amik 2 keping..hancurkan masuk n gaul dalam my egg salad
letak sos cili ckit
yummy...mamam..then semalam for tea time my mum asked me to fry cekodok@jemput2
so i did cekodok ikan bilis
ini hasilnyer
banyak gak ku taram
hancur n ke laut ah diet di hari ahad..haha

balik kg dh ptg
selalunyer penat drive malas nak w/o
tapi semlam rajin
i did zumba special kk set 2&3
followed by pilates abs , bun + tights
pastu dinner with this soup
i prefer sawi but semlam takder so replace with kubis..hehe
tgh malam kantoi= tetiba lapar makan sesenduk and half nasik

dgn penuh keinsafan ku bangun n jogging
memula kat taman tasik temerloh followed ngn taman tasik kubang gajah
lawak nama tapi taman dia nice
nie pintu masuk ke taman..ala² kubu lama..ahaks
yang I suka mementang nama taman kubang gajah
dekat trek jogging dieorg siap buat decoration tapak kaki gajah
memula i ingat aper..duk belek2..rupanyer mmg corak tapak kaki gajah

lunch almost at 3pm= nasi putih half+ ikan bakar cicah air asam+ sayur kubis
indulge= karipap, grg pisang, cucur udang

erm
i'm really busy with work+ sibuk ntah pape..hehe+ tarak mood mau update
so nak citer what happened last week
I went to KEPONG KOPITIAM on friday with one of my best member, Sabirra
kalau i kuar ngn dia nie mmg kita org suker jalan2 cari makan, satu kepala
kdg2 i survey tempat n ajak dia, kali ni dia pla introduce me to this kopitiam
I'm gonna paste sabirra's menu on that day sebab we ols makan lebih kurang jer
she had kung bao chicken rice and me mermites chicken
the texture of the chicken almost the sama
yang kung bao(fried with dried chilly n halia)
mermite(kuah masam manis+ ader timun n nanas ckit)
both of us ordered peach tea..leh tahan gak sedap, aku order cold and sabirra hot

and ader gak bubur kacang merah(sedap for me tapi sabirra tak suka)
so i give 4 star to the kopitiam and will try some other time with another menu
to sis polin: i wanna try teh -c sebenarnyer, tapi the set i pilih dah ader peach tea, next time arr try the teh -c..hehe
then on sunday, I went to KUANTAN PAHANG..byk giler i makan..
tak snaggup nak tempek gambar
we went to taman gelora, (pantai)..just amik angin
ni gambarnyer..tapi i look very fat dlm gambor nie, baju tue licin ala2 melekat(nyampah tengok)
and went to teruntum mini zoo
i suka gambor nie sebab burung unta @ostrich tue pun posing pandang the camera..hehe
then went to my aunty's house also
mostly hari tue mmg vacation yang penuh dgn sinfull food
esoknyer (iaitu semalam) i terus mik EL
bangun pagi ala2 insaf did JM MAXIMISE followed by zumba kellogs rutina set 2 &3..hehe

after long time
since isnin lepas terkena diarrhea@cirit birit
my mood jadik swing jerk and malas update
last workout on tuesday itupun i just did 20 minutes pilates
ao minutes bonnies total body
10 minutes bonnies thights
ptg nie plak ader janji ngn PT kat gym since dah tangguh apooinment 2x sebab tak sihat
my right leg pun cam lenguh2 + sakit
i guess sebab tak workout kot
kalau workout elok jer plak kaki nie
tapi perut sampai hrnie still rasa macam tak sedap...erm maybe kesan CB haritu
keje plan banyak tapi diri sendirik cam takder mood nak wat
YA ALLAH berilah petunjuk dan hidayahmu supaya hambamu ini rjn n bersemangat ckit..amin

AT LEAST
sebenanyer ader sedikit improvement i wanna share with u all my beloved readers
wlpun achievement tak sebesar mana
tpi at least ader reduce ckit
semalam i went to celebrity fitness OU
so amik kesempatan utk timbang semula my current weight n of course my body fat
after dah about 2- 3months
last time my records were:-
body fat= 34.8%
fat to lose=9kg
berat =59.1kg
and 2 hari lepas result terbaru
body fat= 30%
fat to lose=7.2kg
berat =58.0kg
so total weight loss = 1.1 kg tapi body fat reduce 4%
although my target body fat is 20+% jerk, tapi at least dah reach 30%
suraya, work harder!!!

simple but mengenyangkan..hehepetang nie workout SHAPE UPand pilates jerk kot..huhu

memula duk pikir nak wat w/o per sebab mmg jenis cepat bosan...huhu
so update for today
bfast= nasi lemak less than sesenduk, sambal bilis, kcg, telur rebus (white only)+ lots of cucumber
nescafe 1/2 gelas
drive balik KL
snack pagi= sepotong orange kek (kecik) + plain water
jumpa student2ku(geram cos dieorg suka wat keje last minute)
lunch= nasi ayam hainan pok ya pantai dalam(one of may favourite) teh o limau suam, air suam
snack teatime= 1 packet oat munchy hazelnut n semug HL low fat milk
WORKOUT ptg: JM3, but part kickboxing with dumbell ganti btl bedak sebab tak larat ngn 4lbs dumbell tuh(mesti sis polin gelak bacer nih)
oklah setakat ini sajer
jap gik mau kuar pasar malam
maybe makn yong taufu jerk kot for dinner
